Everything! Very comfortable room. Staff were the friendliest we have ever experienced. The restaurant staff even remembered how I take my coffee after the first morning and my coffee preference is very complicated. The location was good because it was right around the corner from our son’s apartment. From now on we will stay at this hotel every time we come to visit him.

This was may second visit to this hotel. I like it and is my favorite choise when i need to go to Mexico City . I will be back in the future .

The hotel is a little dated, but it's very well maintained. The rooms are quite good, and very clean. Breakfast is very good, and overall it was a nice stay. Walking distance to Plaza Universidad so there is a lot of stuff to do around without your car. Parking is paid at 100mxn per day.

Location is unbeatable. Practically next door to a big Mall with Stores, multiplex etc. And close to the Subway. Breakfast was good (although we didn't try the Buffet)

everything was fine for the moment, I congratulate the maids for their honesty, I forgot a suit and several things inside the suitcase and everything was returned to me.
